At the headquarters of the Charrúa and El Progreso Neighborhood Association, with great enthusiasm and commitment to community development, International Power Services has launched the 2025 Central Yungay Competitive Funds Program, an initiative that seeks to support and strengthen social organizations in the communities where the company operates.
This program allows various organizations to apply with their projects to access funds that will help them to promote high-impact initiatives, benefiting the quality of life of their communities. Through this financing mechanism, projects are promoted in key areas such as training and education, infrastructure, safety and environment, health and sports, enabling the growth and development of the inhabitants of the localities.
The program launch was attended by community leaders from the Charrúa, Puentes Negros, La Colonia, El Progreso, and Colicheu sectors, among others, representatives of International Power Services, and community members, who highlighted the importance of this initiative to promote citizen participation and collaborative work between the private sector and social organizations.
“We are convinced that the sustainable development of the communities where we operate is fundamental. Through this program, we want to be an effective support for organizations to realize their projects and generate a positive impact on their environment,” said Matias Eyzaguirre, a representative of IPS Energy, during the launch ceremony.
By 2025, broad participation and the implementation of new initiatives are expected in order to generate value in each community.
The call is for all interested social organizations to submit their projects, and take advantage of this unique opportunity that will allow them to realize their ideas and continue building a better future for their communities.
