International Power Services provides reliable energy to the countries we serve through the acquisition, revitalization, management, and strategic advisory for power assets worldwide. Formed through the acquisition of the Orazul Energy power assets in Guatemala, we have dedicated ourselves to our communities and the relentless pursuit of a greener, more efficient world, seeking to bring power to the people in every way possible.
Our mission is to generate power responsibly, ensuring the safety of our employees, communities, and environment. Through sustainable practices and innovative technologies, we aim to deliver reliable energy solutions that power progress while preserving our planet for future generations.
These are the values we work and live by every day.
Being reliable goes beyond the power we provide. It’s being a neighbor to call on, a steadfast helping hand, and a resource to tap into when our communities need it most.
The safety of our employees and operations is of the utmost importance. Whether it is while performing repairs on a generator or simply walking a project development site, we lead with the emphasis that safety will always be our top priority.
By researching, investing in, and implementing sustainability initiatives, IPS works to bring renewable energy sources and long-term solutions to global power.
Values trickle down, and our commitment to reliability, safety, and advancement wouldn’t be possible without the right leadership.

He began his career working with Alabama Power and Georgia Pacific before founding Alabama Dry Felt, LLC and operating the company from 1992 to 2002. After seeing this venture’s success, he went on to found Dixie Companies, where he began extensive work in the EPC, demolition, and remediation markets before moving on to establish International Turbine Services, LLC in 2014, where he dove head-first into the energy sector by acquiring power barges in Guatemala and the Dominican Republic. In 2021, he founded International Power Services, LLC, through the acquisition of the assets of Orazul Guatemala, the largest power-producing plant in Guatemala.
