Using strip-based detergents and fabric softeners that are paraben-free, bleach-free, hypoallergenic, phosphate-free and vegan – we save one single-use plastic jug for every 32 loads we do.

Next-day delivery is our standard laundry service turnaround, with two days being the max during peak times. We also offer same-day delivery at a cost of $20 for an expedited delivery.
Our laundry services are priced at a flat rate of $1.30 per pound, with a $30 minimum for any laundry services.
Yes, we offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly laundry schedules. Or you may customize a laundry schedule to fit your needs.
No, there are no subscriptions or contracts. Simply place a service
request or set up a schedule when you are ready.
On laundry day, you’ll get your own, personalized laundry bags to separate your laundry
or assign them to everyone in the home; these bags are yours to keep! From there, we will work through where you would like for us to pick up your laundry. Just in case, we’ll send you a reminder the night before and day-of. Once your clothes are cleaned, crisp, and ready to wear, one of our delivery drivers will return them folded and hung at your designated drop-off location.
Yes! We are here to accommodate. When connecting with us for your first order you can either request the products from our team or place them in with your laundry for pickup.
We offer the opportunity to add labels to your bags – from names to colors versus whites – for your convenience. Sending in laundry for multiple people? Let us know what names you would like to assign each bag and we will deliver them labeled accordingly. From there, we will ensure all items in each bag’s articles remain together
during washing, folding and delivery in another tagged bag.
Yes! If any article is damaged, misplaced, or lost or if you are unsatisfied for any reason, Lady Eco will issue a full refund, replace the missing item, or provide your next cleaning free.
