Peter spent his college years in Lexington, Kentucky, working in whiskey bars and pubs. The bourbon culture consumed him, and followed him when he moved south to live near family in Houston, Texas. He spent close to a decade operating bars and restaurants in Houston, Spring, and the Woodlands, but knew when it came time to open his own bourbon bar, The Heights was the perfect location for Permission. You can find him cruising the floor, celebrating with guests and diving into the latest whiskey or rare bourbon.
Brian has been bartending in fine dining restaurants since 2015. Having New Orleans roots, he respects tradition, but loves putting a contemporary spin on classic cocktails. Studying cocktail books and spirits has become a passion for this "beer and a shot guy." Brian is always on the hunt for the next great whiskey, with a goal to share the experience with others. He strives to deliver a unique experience to guests, from the moment you walk through the door, to the time you leave.
