\"\"<\/a>Today, Radianse brings in the new year by announcing an additional integration of the Amenity Management Solution in Planet Fitness of Belleville, New Jersey.\u00a0 The solution, which consists of two user-friendly kiosks, has an overarching goal of enhancing member experience while making improvements around amenity management.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve seen tremendous success and acceptance of the solution over the past year,\u201d said Angela Blaisdell, president of Radianse.\u00a0 \u201cWith each additional club that implements, we know that our work is not only validated, but valued.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s all about the benefits,\u201d said Chris Allen, Radianse Director of Sales.\u00a0 \u201cThe system affects everyone from members, to employees, to management and owners and gives them all a better level of visibility within the club.\u201d<\/p>\n

With the front-facing kiosk, members are able to schedule amenity use and have that time slot saved for them while they workout.\u00a0 The feature gives members a sense of convenience both with ease of use as well as being in control of their time spent in the club.<\/p>\n

Members aren\u2019t the only ones benefitting from Radianse\u2019s solution. Employees can now start amenities (like tanning and massage chairs) directly from the administrative computer, so they can focus on member engagement instead of clipboard clutter and paper processing. And because all amenities are started remotely from the computer, data on their usage is collected and recorded automatically and accurately.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe theme of control really comes full circle when it reaches the management level,\u201d Angela said.\u00a0 \u201cThe system provides enhanced functionality like the load balancing of amenities, accountability for meeting regulatory requirements, verification of black card members in good standing prior to using the amenities, elimination of the need to carry coins for the massage chairs, and a robust reporting system.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis information is extremely useful to managers and owners,\u201d Chris explained. \u201cThey can quickly determine which amenities are most popular, how often they are scheduled as well as how often specific equipment is actually used.\u201d\u00a0 This allows clubs to change their offerings based on what is member preferred as well as properly schedule equipment maintenance and load balance so all equipment of a certain type is used equally.<\/p>\n
