\"\"<\/a>Today, Radianse announced that Planet Fitness in Hillsborough, New Jersey has implemented the Amenity Management Solution, delivering amenity usage reporting and self-scheduling capabilities.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s all about the benefits,\u201d said Chris Allen, Radianse Director of Sales. \u201cThe overarching goal of the Amenity Management Solution is to enhance the member experience while making improvements around amenity management.\u201d<\/p>\n

With the Amenity Management Kiosks, there are benefits for everyone from members, to employees, to management and owners.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe managers tell us that members love how convenient it is,\u201d Chris said. \u201cWithout a first-come, first-served base for sign ups, there are no more long lines or overcrowding at peak occupancy times, so people can get to their workouts faster and know they have a time slot saved when it works best for them.\u201d<\/p>\n

Members aren\u2019t the only ones benefitting from Radianse\u2019s solution. Employees can now start amenities (like tanning and massage chairs) directly from the administrative computer, so they can focus on member engagement instead of clipboard clutter and paper processes. And because all amenities are started remotely from the computer, data on their usage is collected and recorded automatically and accurately.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis information is extremely useful to managers and owners,\u201d Chris explained. \u201cThey can quickly determine which amenities are most popular, how often they are scheduled as well as how often specific equipment is actually used.\u201d\u00a0 This allows clubs to change their offerings based on what is member preferred as well as properly schedule equipment maintenance and load balance so all equipment of a certain type is used equally.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re also making sure clubs are in compliance with regulatory requirements,\u201d Chris said.\u00a0 The system keeps track of the amount of time since a member has last tanned, any accepted waivers, age restriction policies, and \u201cskin type\u201d Fitzpatrick forms, providing accountability for meeting such requirements.<\/p>\n

\u201cLike I said,\u201d Chris stated, \u201cit\u2019s all about the benefits, and we make it our goal to find solutions.\u201d<\/p>\n
