\"\"<\/a>Today, Radianse announced that Planet Fitness in Plainsboro, New Jersey has implemented the Amenity Management Solution, delivering amenity usage reporting and self-scheduling capabilities.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s all about the benefits,\u201d said Chris Allen, Radianse Director of Sales. \u201cThe overarching goal of the Amenity Management Solution is to enhance the member experience while making improvements around amenity management.\u201d<\/p>\n

The member-facing kiosk allows for scheduling of amenities, giving Black Card Members the ability to sign up for an amenity when it is most convenient for them and then get to their workouts faster knowing they have a time slot saved.<\/p>\n

The administrative kiosk enables employees to start amenities directly from the front computer, so they can focus on member engagement instead of clipboard clutter and paper processing. And because all amenities are started remotely from the computer, data on their usage is collected and recorded automatically and accurately.\u00a0 Any regulatory requirements, such as the 24 hour tanning rule and time limits based on skin type, are recognized by the Radianse system.\u00a0 This means if someone tries to tan more than once within a 24 hour period, the kiosk will not allow them to schedule the amenity and employees can insure control in staying compliant.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe theme of control really comes full circle when it reaches the management level,\u201d said Angela Blaisdell, President of Radianse. \u201cThe system provides enhanced functionality like the load balancing of amenities, accountability for meeting regulatory requirements, verification of black card members in good standing prior to using the amenities, elimination of the need to carry coins for the massage chairs, and a robust reporting system.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThis information is extremely useful to managers and owners,\u201d Chris explained. \u201cThey can quickly determine which amenities are most popular, how often they are scheduled as well as how often specific equipment is actually used.\u201d\u00a0 This allows clubs to change their offerings based on what is member preferred as well as properly schedule equipment maintenance and load balance so all equipment of a certain type is used equally.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are really aiming to bring a new level of visibility to clubs,\u201d said Angela, \u201cand with the Amenity Management Solution it seems we are accomplishing just that.\u201d<\/p>\n
