The training course on Techniques for the Care of the Elderly began at the INACAP Technical Training Center in Copiapó, with the attendance of beneficiaries residing in the Copiapó district, who were selected by the team of professionals from the Health Department of the Municipality of Copiapó.
Through this course, participants will acquire specialized knowledge and skills in the care of dependent and independent elderly people, which will allow them to expand their job opportunities and improve their quality of life.
This project is part of the public-private partnership that IPS Energy maintains with the Municipality of Copiapó and the Technical Training Center INACAP of Copiapó, reaffirming the commitment of these institutions with the social and economic development of the community.
The collaboration between these entities has been key to carry out this training, which responds to the need to have qualified labor in these techniques, and to be a strategic contribution to the local community.
During the event, the importance of technical education as an engine for change and growth was highlighted, underlining that this type of program not only empowers participants on a personal and professional level, but also contributes to sustainable development and the strengthening of the local economy.
At IPS Energy, we deeply value the participation and commitment of each of the beneficiaries, and we reaffirm our intention to continue promoting initiatives that promote training, inclusion and the generation of new opportunities for the communities where we operate.
We are also grateful for the support and collaboration of the Municipality of Copiapó and the Technical Training Center INACAP of Copiapó, key institutions for the realization of this project.
We are convinced that, working together, we can make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of the people and the community of Copiapó.
