With great enthusiasm, we are launching the Bakery and Pastry Training Course, a valuable initiative developed through the agreement between INACAP Copiapó and Central Cardones of International Power Services, which seeks to strengthen skills and create new opportunities for women in the municipality of Copiapó.
More than 20 women are embarking today on this learning journey, acquiring technical knowledge and practical tools that will enable them to develop skills in the bakery and pastry sector, thereby increasing their opportunities to start their own businesses and improve the quality of life of their families.
We firmly believe that training is a tool that transforms lives, promotes independence, and strengthens community development. This course represents an opportunity for each participant to turn their dreams into concrete projects through effort, dedication, and new opportunities.
