The training course on Gas Appliance Repair and Maintenance concluded successfully at the INACAP Technical Training Center, Valparaíso campus. This initiative was designed to strengthen the technical and labor skills of residents from the commune of Concón.
Participants in the course were previously selected by the team of professionals from the Productive Development Department of the Municipality of Concón and received specialized instruction combining both theoretical content and hands-on practice. This approach allowed them to learn key techniques for the repair, maintenance, and safe operation of gas appliances.
Throughout the program, participants acquired technical skills that enhance their employability and open new opportunities for local entrepreneurship—responding to a concrete market demand and contributing to the economic development of the commune. This training also fostered greater labor autonomy, improved trade specialization, and built capabilities that can translate into sustainable income for beneficiary families.
The initiative reflects collaborative work between institutions and highlights the importance of training as a key tool for social and productive development. Through programs of this nature, continuous learning is encouraged and local human capital is strengthened, positively impacting the quality of life of residents and contributing to the growth of the community of Concón.
