With enthusiasm and optimism, we are pleased to announce the start of the infrastructure works for the project awarded to the Los Pinos Neighborhood Association, a valuable initiative made possible through the Competitive Community Grants Program of International Power Services' Colmito Plant.
This project represents an opportunity to strengthen knowledge, develop new skills, and create new opportunities for the organization's growth while improving community safety.
Today, the community celebrates an important milestone with the implementation of this infrastructure project, designed to enhance safety for local residents.
Every improvement achieved is the result of collaborative work, active participation, and the shared belief that when community organizations unite around a common purpose, they can create safer, more welcoming, and future-ready spaces.
This project not only provides a practical solution to community safety needs, but also strengthens the sense of belonging by promoting mutual care and shared responsibility for our surroundings.
We congratulate everyone who made this initiative possible—community leaders, members, and volunteers. Their commitment demonstrates that by working together, we continue building safer, stronger, and more hopeful communities for future generations.
