We continue with the Baking and Pastry Training Course, a valuable initiative developed through an agreement between INACAP Copiapó and Central Cardones of International Power Services, aimed at strengthening skills and creating new opportunities for women in the municipality of Copiapó.
More than 20 women are beginning this learning journey, gaining technical knowledge and practical tools that will allow them to develop skills in the baking and pastry industry, while increasing their opportunities to start their own businesses and improve the quality of life of their families.
We firmly believe that training is a powerful tool that can transform lives, promote independence, and strengthen community development. This course represents an opportunity for each participant to turn their dreams into concrete projects through effort, dedication, and new opportunities.
We wish all the participants great success throughout this training process and are confident that this experience will be the beginning of great personal and professional achievements. May this be the first step toward a future filled with growth, learning, and entrepreneurship!
