The training course on Gas Appliance Repair and Maintenance Techniques began at the INACAP Technical Training Center in Valparaíso, with the attendance of beneficiaries residing in the municipality of Concón, who were selected by the team of professionals from the Department of Productive Development of the Municipality of Concón.
Through this course, participants will acquire specialized knowledge and skills in the Gas Plumbing trade, which will allow them to expand their job opportunities and improve their quality of life.
This project is part of the public-private alliance that IPS Energy maintains with the Municipality of Concón and the INACAP Technical Training Center of Valparaíso, reaffirming the commitment of these institutions to the social and economic development of the community.
The collaboration between these entities has been key to carry out this training, which responds to the need for skilled labor in a strategic sector for local and regional industry.
During the event, the importance of technical education as an engine for change and growth was highlighted, underlining that this type of program not only empowers participants on a personal and professional level, but also contributes to sustainable development and the strengthening of the local economy.
At IPS Energy, we deeply value the participation and commitment of each of the beneficiaries, and we reaffirm our intention to continue promoting initiatives that promote training, inclusion and the generation of new opportunities for the communities where we operate.
We are also grateful for the support and collaboration of the Municipality of Concón and the Technical Training Center INACAP of Valparaíso, key institutions for the realization of this project.
We are convinced that, working together, we can make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of the people and the community of Concón.
