Central Colmito of International Power Services successfully concluded the Pastry and Baking Training Course, carried out under an agreement with the Administrative Committee of Villa Primavera as part of the Entrepreneurship Program aimed at women members of the organization.
Through this initiative, participants acquired specialized knowledge and skills that will allow them to expand their employment opportunities, strengthen their businesses, and improve their quality of life. The course became a space for learning, collaboration, and growth—fostering autonomy and personal development for each beneficiary.
This project forms part of Central Colmito’s ongoing commitment to the local institutions of Concón, promoting the social and economic development of the community. Collaboration between multiple entities has been key to supporting the creation and strengthening of local businesses that contribute to communal growth.
At IPS Energy, we deeply value the participation, dedication, and enthusiasm of all beneficiaries, and we reaffirm our commitment to continue promoting training, inclusion, and the creation of new opportunities for the communities where we operate—convinced that collective work can generate a positive and lasting impact in the commune of Concón.
