February 20, 2017 – New Planet Fitness in Newark, NJ to Implement the Radianse Fitness Solution

Today, Radianse announces implementation of the Amenity Management Solution into a newly constructed Planet Fitness.  The Newark, New Jersey club is scheduled to open this February with the Scheduling and Administrative Kiosks, delivering amenity usage reporting and self-scheduling capabilities.

“We are beyond excited to see the Amenity Management Solution being integrated in a brand new club,” said Chris Allen, Radianse Director of Sales.  “It’s all about the benefits, and the overarching goal of the system is to enhance the member experience while making improvements around amenity management.”

The front-facing kiosk is intended to allow members to schedule amenity use and have that time slot saved for them while they workout.  The feature gives members a sense of convenience both with ease of use as well as being in control of their time spent in the club. The administrative kiosk pulls schedules from the member kiosk and keeps all types of information conveniently in one place while giving employees the ability to start amenities directly from the front computer.

“The theme of control really comes full circle when it reaches the management level,” said Angela Blaisdell, president of Radianse.  “The system provides enhanced functionality like the load balancing of amenities, accountability for meeting regulatory requirements, verification of black card members in good standing prior to using the amenities, elimination of the need to carry coins for the massage chairs, and a robust reporting system.”
