Verrucas are caused by a virus called the Human Papilloma Virus (HPA) and can spread if left untreated. They appear like a type of wart and are commonly found on the foot. FAULKNOR'S NEEDLING FOR VERRUCAS
The Faulknor’s needling treatment for verrucas, is a very effective treatment. Using a local anaesthetic, the area is numbed, prior to a sterile needle being used to piece the verruca many times to breakdown the verruca, releasing the virus back into the immune system to create a controlled inflammatory response.
